Our
family company commenced operations in Melbourne in 1974 as a domestic
meat wholesale business and continues to serve Victorian butchers with
beef, lamb and pork. |
| The
majority of beef and lamb stock is sourced in Victoria, South Australia
and New South Wales; we feedlot some cattle to meet the needs of our beef
business. Our pigs are purchased direct from individual growers and provide
weekly feedback to these growers. |
| We
are now in a position to begin expanding our business and in the coming
months will be working through opportunities that may exist in overseas
countries. |
| With
our quality assurance program and ISO accreditation we can offer beef, lamb,
mutton and pork to specification. |
