In
order to make a more complete offering to our customers we began processing
pork in a dedicated pig slaughtering building in the November 2002. We
purchase our pigs direct from growers to service our growing wholesaling
business.
We
have made considerable inroads into the pork wholesale market in Melbourne
and North East Victoria. We are always looking for new growers to join our
producer team and would welcome your call.
We
will be developing our pig offal range in the coming months to include amongst
other items ears, cheek and livers.
