G & B Gathercole Pty Ltd has ranked in the top 25 processors in Australia for the last decade and is one of the largest suppliers of beef, lamb and pork. Our management team is very stable with the majority being involved with the company for more than 15 years.
We process our product at several locations throughout Victoria providing us with cost effective transport from livestock markets and farms. The plants where we process beef, lamb and pork, and include boning and value adding rooms, large refrigeration capacity and extensive stock holding yards.
Using a fleet of heavy rigid vehicles we are able to deliver to the areas of metropolitan Melbourne and North East Victoria.
With the upcoming export accreditation of several plants we will be able to offer our beef, lamb, mutton and pork to each customers required specification. We are looking for overseas markets where we can export our meats, offals, casings and skins. We are also able to process our product to Halal requirements.
