G & B Gathercole Pty Ltd has ranked in the top 20 processors in Australia for the last decade and is one of the largest suppliers of beef, lamb and pork. Our management team is very stable with the majority being involved with the company for more than 20 years.

We process our product at several locations throughout Victoria providing us with cost effective transport from livestock markets and farms. The plants where we process beef, lamb and pork, and include boning and value adding rooms, large refrigeration capacity and extensive stock holding yards.
Using a fleet of heavy rigid vehicles we are able to deliver to the areas of metropolitan Melbourne, North East Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
We are currently reviewing the opportunities with export accreditation and upon attaining this milestone will be looking for overseas markets where we can export our meats, offals, casings and skins. We are also able to process our product to Halal requirements.
