Our family company commenced operations in Melbourne in 1974 as a domestic meat wholesale business and continues to serve Victorian butchers with beef, lamb and pork.

| The majority of beef and lamb stock is sourced in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales; we feedlot some cattle to meet the needs of our beef business. Our pigs are purchased direct from individual growers and provide weekly feedback to these growers.

| We are now in a position to begin expanding our business and in the coming months will be working through opportunities that may exist in overseas countries.

| With our quality assurance program, SQF and ISO accreditation we can offer beef, lamb, mutton and pork to specification. All of our boning is processed to customer requirements and we have retail ready experience with marinated, seasoned and pickled products.
