As a livestock buyer at various markets throughout Australia we have a wide selection of weights and sizes of cattle on offer to meet our customers requirements. The majority of our business at present caters for retail butchers who require cattle ranging from 180-220kg dressed weight. We continue to meet additional orders for beef product outside of this weight range.

We have introduced our range of beef specifications processed packed in boxes for supply to your butcher shop.
We slaughter and bone our product at one premises ensuring a constant temperature profile and provide a distinct advantage over other operators due to not having to transport carcase product in trucks due to varying temperature and affecting bacteria levels hence shelf life
During the last five years we have developed a grain fed feedlot business to compliment our beef offering and ensure a sufficient supply of quality cattle for our business. This premium product has been well accepted by butchers during a period where consistency in cattle offered for sale has varied due to the drought conditions experienced.
